You’ll play a critical role in shaping and delivering complex technical solutions, working closely with developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.
With a focus on leadership and strategic impact, you'll engage with clients and senior stakeholders, driving project success from inception to deployment. Your expertise in translating business needs into technical requirements will ensure seamless collaboration between teams. Along the way, you’ll refine your technical, analytical, and leadership skills while influencing the direction of cutting-edge technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with clients and senior stakeholders to define strategic business requirements
- Translating complex business needs into detailed technical specifications and project roadmaps
- Acting as a key liaison between clients, developers, and technical teams to ensure alignment
- Leading and managing multiple projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Driving process improvements and best practices across business analysis functions
- Mentoring junior business analysts and contributing to team development
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years experience in a technical client-facing role in the tech sector (or similar)
- A 2:1 equivalent or higher in engineering, mathematics, physics, computer science, or a related field
- A-levels (or equivalent) at ABB minimum, ideally with an A in Mathematics
- A creative, solution-driven mindset
- A passion for technology and learning
