Our UK Graduate Programme

Joining our team, you’ll be welcomed into a culture of continuous innovation in a cutting-edge manufacturing environment. You will undertake a two-year Graduate programme consisting of a number of placements helping you to fully experience and understand Safran, and the work we do.

What will I be doing on this graduate programme?

You’ll be joining Safran’s site in Gloucester made up of a diverse range of teams including materials and processing, design, analysis, performance, test department and mechatronics. During your two-year graduate scheme, your role could involve but not be limited to:

• Working within the test facility to understand control systems, setting up tests, design work and more.
• Communicating with programmers to get buy-in, plus setting up tests to run and present back to the programmer.
• Understanding customer requirements and the means of compliance from delivery to a certified solution

What skills do I need?

• A 2.1 or above (or equivalent) in Mechatronics
• Based in the South-West, or willing to re-locate to the local area.
• Practical experience is desirable, but not essential.
