What type of things will I be working on?
During this 2-year scheme, you will undergo 4, 6-month rotations, working on a variety of real-life projects within various engineering functions mainly within the Industrial Metrology Group. Day to day, you can expect to work on:
- Concept validation to prove viable solutions for customers
- Creation of test programs to ensure product functionality is as designed.
- Validation of test programs, proving that testing is valid, accurate and relevant.
- Data analysis of large sets of test data.
- Producing reports for various audiences based on test data.
- Providing customer support to customers and other Renishaw subsidiary staff.
- Creating training and documentation to deliver to customers and Renishaw subsidiary staff.
You will gain knowledge and experience of a wide range of technical, manufacturing, commercial and business processes including product specialist, application engineering, development of new products and product support.

Where will I be working?
This role is based out of one of our main sites in New Mills, near Wotton-under Edge in Gloucestershire. As Renishaw sites are based in semi-rural locations, applicants must have their own form of transport or be willing to relocate to the local area.
What do I need and how do I apply?
We’re looking for passionate engineers expecting a 2:1 or above (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Engineering or General Engineering
Training and development is excellent so candidates with no experience but a keen interest in engineering will be strongly considered.
