Day-to-day responsibilities of a Consultant:

Recruitment is very entrepreneurial: you effectively own a business inside a business. As such, the day of a consultant is constantly changing and evolving. The below should give you a general idea, though:

• Research: constantly on the lookout for great new candidates & interesting companies on LinkedIn
• Candidate Marketing: speaking to CEOs, CFOs, Investors, Chairman etc. to see how you can help their business
• Meeting: candidates & clients to gain a profound understanding of their needs and build relationships
• Insights: generated through probing questions to improve market knowledge & find opportunities
