We're looking for dynamic move manager's to join our team who are passionate about customer service and who have a proven track record of taking ownership and going the extra mile to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction.

The Role:

To ensure the highest level of move management is offered to clients throughout the move process, thus ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
To maximise the job profitability of allocated moves through tight cost control.
To proactively liaise with internal service departments and service partners.
To arrange and book all services with internal departments, partners and suppliers ensuring that the client’s expectations are met and consistent service excellence is provided.

What Will I Be Doing?

Be the one point of contact throughout the customer’s journey which involves understanding the customer’s needs and in turn improving the customer’s experience.
To ensure enquiries, bookings, and moves are actioned in a timely manner, with all documentation accurately checked before processing.
Prompt response to email enquiries / rate requests.
To meet transportation and accounting deadlines.
Identify and maximise sales opportunities and up-sell products and services to the customer.
Support the rest of the team and partaking in team meetings and briefings when planned, making a positive contribution.

What Do I Need?

We’re open to candidates from any degree background, all you need is strong communication skills and a passion to create a great customer experience and build rapport with customers, partners, and suppliers.
Strong administration and problem solving capability.
Excellent organisational skills.
Proficient IT skills – Office, Word, Excel.
