Who We Are:
Juniper Place Investor Intelligence Limited is a young and innovative Fintech company. We are the investor intelligence division of the Juniper Place Group, which includes GFP Juniper, an asset-raising business formed as a result of a merger between Juniper Place and Global Family Partners in 2017. We aim to fundamentally transform the capital-raising process in private markets, through a unique combination of decades of experience in the alternative asset management industry and the application of disruptive technology. Through this and an extensive network of institutional and private investors, we map investor appetite and requirements with the utmost precision. Our clients include GFP Juniper, as well as a growing number of leading hedge fund, private equity, real estate and infrastructure firms.
The Role:
We are seeking highly ambitious and intelligent research analysts, with strong research credentials and communication skills, to accelerate our progress. We are offering a short-term role (initially on a 3-month contract) with the scope to become a permanent member of the team, should you perform well and prove to be a good fit within our team.
- As part of the investor intelligence team, you will play a critical role within our close-knit group, working closely alongside GFP Juniper
- You will engage with our proprietary technology daily to identify relevant investors and conduct in-depth research
- As you progress through the role, and following a training period, you will be required to call investors around the world to validate your research and build relationships in the industry
- When ready, you will then engage with alternative investment fund clients, and must be able to deliver a service exceeding their expectations
- On an ad hoc basis, you will also contribute to research reports and thought leadership pieces
Who You Are:
- A highly ambitious and driven graduate, with demonstrable experience of being a team player
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity and an appetite to learn
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Technologically savvy, creative and willing to contribute to a start-up environment
- Opportunism and eagerness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
- Confidence to call and engage with investors and build relationships
- Foreign languages are beneficial though not essential
- Please note that all candidates should be eligible to work in the UK
What We Offer:
- A lively, entrepreneurial and collaborative working environment, where innovative thinking is highly encouraged
- Freedom to work with autonomy and take on new responsibilities
- The opportunity to work closely alongside, and learn from, some of the most experienced people in the alternative asset management industry
- The chance to tangibly contribute to the company's growth, working on projects you really believe in
- An office located in a vibrant neighbourhood, just a short walk away from Borough Market, the Tate Modern and the South Bank
- We also sponsor professional industry qualifications (such as CAIA), provide relevant skills training, and where appropriate offer training tailored to suit individual interests
- Over time, there is scope for an accelerated career path within our fast-growing business, in a role that best suits you
We are an inclusive organisation and actively promote equality of opportunity for all with the right mix of talent, skills and potential. Above all, we want to invest in individuals with the potential to grow; our goal is for employees to be the most skilled, engaged and knowledgeable in our field.
