Location: London and South East EnglandJoskos have graduate IT Support Engineer and Helpdesk roles available through our network of London-based IT employers and through our award-winning IT solutions sister company, Joskos Solutions.
These are roles have a high potential for growth and development. Relevant training, certifications and work experience are provided within the programme.
Typical activities will include:
• Monitoring, maintaining computer systems on corporate networks
• Reporting on network performance and faults
• Talking to staffclients, either face to face or over the telephone to solve any technical issues they are facing
• Troubleshooting technical problems either over the phone, through remote access or on-site.
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications across a network
• Prioritising and managing many open cases at one time
• Installing and configuring IT hardware, software and operating systems on over a company's network.
