The role:

You will source and contract a variety of aircraft from the world’s fleets and be instrumental in planning all the necessary ground and inflight arrangements for the client event or a last minute ‘go now’ charter. This entails

• Building relationships and negotiating with clients, airlines and airports globally
• Gaining extensive aircraft and airport operational knowledge
• Travel in the UK and overseas

This is a demanding full time role and in a 24/7 business you need to be prepared to work outside of normal hours when required. The rewards are high for those who succeed, including above average salary, benefits and bonus scheme.

Requirements:

Full training will be given so no brokering experience is required, however you will need:

• Strong communication skills
• A high standard of numeracy, written and spoken English
• A genuine interest in aviation is useful but not essential
• A flair for problem solving
• Commercial acumen
