Graduate Sales and Marketing Executive Associate 

This is a really exciting role where you will spend 50% of your time marketing and 50% in sales.

• 50 % Marketing – You’ll own the day-to-day content engine. Think short-form LinkedIn videos, customer success reels, blog posts, newsletters.. You’ll have the freedom to test new formats, tools, and channels.

• 50 % Sales – You’ll partner with our Sales Lead to fill the top of the funnel. That means personalised email sequences, calls, and social-selling touchpoints.

What you’ll do

Marketing:

• Plan and publish 2–3 multimedia posts per week across LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Script, shoot, and edit bite-sized product videos and customer spotlights.
• Repurpose webinars and podcasts into blogs, carousels, and email snippets.

Sales :

• Build targeted outbound lists and craft ultra-personalised email/LinkedIn sequences.
• Call prospects to qualify needs, uncover pain points, and book product demos.
• Work closely with Marketing to create sales-enabling assets that help close deals.

Salary- £30K 

What do you need?

• Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Economics or similar
• Positive attitude and excited to secure a career in sales 
• Evidence of being a high achiever
• Strong communication; deliver excellent customer service
• The office is based near Luton - need to be commutable
• Start date ASAP
