The Role:
- HR Assistant
- Responsibilities include reviewing HR policies, CV screening, arranging interviews, training and admin.
- Ongoing mentoring and development. Progression to team leadership within three years and area management in five years
- Package of £30,700 + bonuses + benefits
Requirements:
- Degree educated (or equivalent) or in final year
- Leadership qualities
- Professional attitude
- Willing to learn - the role will require the capacity to learn and understand technical concepts
- All candidates must hold a full driving licence - ideally manual
