Graduate VIP Manager - Travel and Transport

They cover events across 200 countries worldwide and have have delivered over 500 successful events, working across a range of sectors from life sciences and energy all the way through to education.

This company is HUGE on culture and every year hold their annual Christmas party abroad. Last year they stayed in a 5* hotel in Barcelona.

A super exciting opportunity to manage VIPs and ensure they are participating in the proposed networking programs.

Responsibilities Include:

• Reaching out to VIPs and start-ups to offer exhibition space at the event
• Selling and promoting the benefits of the event
• Nurturing your clients through the sales cycle
• Researching VIPs on LinkedIn
• Maintaining existing relationships with the VIPs
• Managing the VIPs at the event itself
• Attending your events and ensuring VIPs and sponsors are comfortable and everything is running smoothly
• International travel to competitor events to places like Washington DC, Paris, Milan and Munich

Requirements:

• 2:2 (or equivalent) in any degree
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• A desire to work in a fast paced environment
• Available to start ASAP
