This prestigious recruitment company have recently been awarded the 'recruiter of the year' award, they are the go-to provider of board-level talent (headhunting) for the health, social care, life science and specialist education industries, specifically in the private (equity and corporate), independent and third sectors across the UK, US, and Europe with some of the biggest and most exciting Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Devices, and CRO companies in the world.
They are looking to bring an ambitious graduates into their rapidly growing life science division and are really looking for future leaders of that division. We placed 2 graduates with them last summer who have already progressed into specialist life science recruitment consultants.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates through a variety of different recruitment methods across multiple vacancies. You’ll guide your candidates through the entire process and supporting them with CV tailoring, interview preparation ad much more. You’ll build strong working relationships with clients to support their ever-changing recruitment needs. You'll quickly progress into a 360-consultant role, where you’ll spend time focusing on business development and finding new and exciting companies to work with to continue growing your client base.
- Training – focus on learning and development to fast track your progress within the role.
- Client facing – Engage with proactive and prospective candidates depending on the needs of the client through general head hunting activities
- Progression – first promotion within 6 months, and this is the first of many!
