The Role
As an IT/Data Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to candidate placement. You’ll build and manage a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates while maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role offers a mix of onsite and hybrid working for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities include:
Consistently hitting KPIs and billing targets
Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities through proactive outreach
Building and maintaining long-term client and candidate relationships
Managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing to placement
Providing a consultative approach to clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
Staying up-to-date with market trends to offer strategic insights to clients and candidates
Essential Experience
2+ years of IT or Data recruitment experience
Strong business development skills, including expanding and managing client accounts
Proven ability to place top talent in competitive markets
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Track record of meeting or exceeding billing targets
Desired Experience
Experience in a 360-recruitment role, managing both client and candidate relationships
Familiarity with CRM systems and recruitment software
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs
An established network within the IT or Data sector
