This international technology company creates complex software solutions for the engineering industry.
The Role
This is an incredible opportunity for a graduate to develop their career in the technology industry, working for a leading international software company that serves the engineering industry.
You will join a structured training programme, including an introductory eight week trip to the company's headquarters in the USA. During this time, you will join other new starters from around the world to learn about the software products and your customers' businesses. There will be a mix of classroom training, customer visits and shadowing.
Progression at the company is excellent and they place emphasis on investing in your training. Most people stay for many years, as the opportunities are second-to-none. The role will initially involve technical support, speaking with clients on the phone and by email to assist with troubleshooting and implementing the software, escalating issues where necessary.
During your second and third year at the company, you will travel to client sites internationally, shadowing consultants and gradually taking on more responsibility for implementations, training customers and providing on-site support.
Throughout the first three years, your training and development will continue via structured and established in-house training schemes. By the time you have finished your training, you will be able to go anywhere in the business as you will be an expert in the software and customer solutions.
