A small technology company with and impressive client list specialising in solutions for efficient, secure and compliant information management and exchange. A software house, supplier, distributor and support centre.
Do you want a client facing technical role where you can interact with a variety of people, solving technical problems, configuring solutions and consulting to clients?
If so, this is an excellent opportunity for a varied role in the software industry.
You will be given early responsibility, working directly with clients at an early stage and finding solutions to technical problems, attending conference calls, training clients, assisting the sales team and consulting on client sites as well as testing code. You will be trained to a high level through one-on-ones with peers and attending training courses on the software.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Interacting with clients
- Solving technical support issues
- QA test work
- Training clients
- Supporting the sales team
- Visiting client site to train clients and implement patches
**Essential Skills**
- 2.2 or above or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, ITMB, BIS or related
- Great communication skills
- Desire to work in the technology sector
- Understanding of code
- Driving license
