Part of a much large organisation this firm specialises in creating technology (hardware and software products) to help nations, governments and businesses globally defend themselves against cybercrime and associated risks.
Role:
Roles available in Surrey, Cheltenham and Manchester
Start date: Jan 2024
Joining one of the company's engineering products team you will be working as graduate software engineers within their Electrical Engineering teams working to help cutting edge technology solutions.
Tasks Could Include:
- Creating software and applications and GUIs (typically using C, C++, Java, Javascript or React)
- Creating FPGA-based digital signal processing applications (typically using VHDL)
- Developing software and/or firmware for a range of target devices including FPGAs, ARM processors, GPUs and microcontrollers (typically using VHDL or Verilog)
The team needs people with excellent problem solving skills, enthusiasts for technology, who enjoy making things, understanding how stuff works and are motivated to deliver solutions that ultimately make a difference to the safety and security of the world in which we live.
You must be eligible to obtain UK Govt security clearance to be considered for this role.
Skills:
You need to have already graduated with a 2:1 or over (or equivalent) in computer science, software engineering or related.
