The Role

In this role, you will be working to support the existing consultants by finding and building relationships with the best talent in the market.

Once you have learnt from working one-on-one with senior consultants, you will quickly progress to consultant, where you will be responsible for conducting your own research and building your portfolio via business development.

Although it is an executive search position, there are still sales aspects, and it will be up to the graduates coming into the company to help drive the business forward. Basically, quite a lot of responsibility but also a great chance for a very rewarding career.

Requirements

Looking for a 2019-2020 graduate who has a competitive sporty background, worked alongside university or has taken a gap year or a work placement to gain some experience.

Confident communication skills.

MUST be local to Leeds.

Life science degree backgrounds are desired.
