What will you be doing?

You will be working on developing your recruitment skills and how to source high-calibre candidates while learning how to manage the recruitment process.

At around the 6th-month mark, you will be completing the full 360 recruitment cycle from winning new client opportunities to negotiating offers. You will get the opportunity to build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates, writing job adverts and working towards KPIs.
