Graduate Quantity Surveyor

This business is extremely fast-moving and requires a highly organised and efficient team to keep them moving forward. Joining the department, you'll get stuck into a fast-paced role based around property investment. You will work under a division that buys rundown properties with investors, fully refurb them and sell them for profit.

The role is open to a range of degree profiles and not restricted to quantity surveying!

Key Responsibilities:

• Working on renovations that have internal or external structural changes required
• Advising managers and clients on new strategies and improvements
• Keeping a close eye on numbers, budgets, materials etc
• Liaising with clients, site managers, contractors and subcontractors

This role is to start ASAP and is offering a starting salary of £22k + an impressive bonus structure. The company also offers:

PLEASE NOTE: This role is a full-time office-based position.

Requirements:

• A 2:2 or above (or equivalent) in a relevant degree subject; quantity surveying, construction, engineering, management
• Driving licence and own car
• Interest in construction with good numerical skills
• The ability to attend an in-person assessment centre on the 6th of September
