International Agribusiness Leadership Scheme - Finance
The 3-year programme is designed to give you broad experience in a variety of commercial finance functions in order to unlock your true leadership potential and give you the skills to take on a senior management position at the end of the scheme.

- Varied Placements - rotate across financial analytics, sales and purchase ledger, group conciliations, financial reporting, cash flow analysis etc.

What Do You Need?
- A degree grade of 2:1 or equivalent (achieved or predicted) in a finance, economics, accounting or business degree discipline
- Demonstrable leadership skills
- The ability to attend an in-person assessment centre on Wednesday 13th March
- Driving license
