Graduate Process Technologist

A varied role with a focus on innovation, research and development. You'll be part of a specialist team working within a niche field to improve existing products across the business. 

What Will You Be Doing? 

• Liaising with the operations team to ensure efficiency and improve issues such as quality and waste
• Supporting R&D on new materials to meet sustainability goals
• Conducting testing and data analysis to assist in continuous process improvement
• Liaising with the sales team to verify product specifications
• Overseeing the implementation of new materials into the production process
• Providing supervision over plant trials 

About You

• A 2:2 or equivalent in material science, chemistry or chemical engineering
• A bias towards polymer science would be an advantage
