Graduate Operations Management Programme - ASAP Start - Up to £30K

This two-year graduate programme will see you learning about the business from the ground up. Through a personal development plan, further qualifications and mentorship, you will join their diverse team and learn how to successfully plan, manage and execute the company's daily operations.

You'll get hands-on in a manufacturing environment, learning about systems, processes and direct line management techniques. You'll then move on to analysing exciting processes and looking at continuous improvement through analysing performance data and technologies in use at the site.

This is all in order to ensure you progress into a senior leadership role on scheme completion.

What Do You Need?

• 2:1 or above (or equivalent) degree in your chosen subject. (Preference toward Business, Engineering or similar however still apply if you fall outside of these categories)
• Some work experience either in a part-time or full-time capacity ideally in a stock/warehousing/retail environment
• Leadership experience in sports/work experiences would be a bonus.
• The ability to commence employment ASAP
