Graduate Marketing Operations Executive - £30K - London 

In this role you will have a variety of tasks to help support the wider sales and marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone analytically minded who wants to gain exposure to different sales and marketing practices. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the internal database ensuring all records are structured and contain the relevant information 
• Learn how to operate the internal project management and marketing systems 
• Tracking KPI's and using LinkedIn to monitor and report leads to the sales team
• Working with the Marketing Operations Director and the wider team to suggest process improvements that will enhance the efficiency of the team 
• Schedule and maintain email marketing campaigns to support lead generation 

Full training will be given and progression opportunities are readily available. 

What Do You Need?

• A 2:1 or above (or equivalent) in life science, business or marketing degree
• Must be proficient in Excel 
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
