The Opportunity:

• To join a well established and successful business to launch its USA office in October 24 as a team manager
• Start out in Buckinghamshire in Sept/Oct 2023, learn how to be successful in recruitment and develop leadership skills to fast track into management
• Assisted relocation to Charlotte, North Carolina in late 2024 to launch the USA office in a team lead role, taking new staff under your wing straight away

The Role:

• Looking for 4 graduates to join the business in Oct 23
• Spend a year in Bucks office, building relationships internally and learning about recruitment consulting and leadership
• Relocate to Charlotte, North Caroline Oct/Nov 24 in a team lead role managing two new graduates from USA
• Operating in the US life sciences recruitment market – specifically placing sales/service engineers into medical devices and laboratory manufacturing
• Will be based at head office in High Wycombe and will need to work US hours so 1pm-10pm for 4 days per week

Package:

The starting salary will be £30K and with bonuses can realistically be £35-40K in year one. The business will be offering a competitive salary in the USA including assistance with relocation, with expected earnings to be $100K by year two.

You Will Need:

• To be committed to working in Bucks for a year and then to make the USA move in 2024
• Ideally a 2:1 or equivalent
• Some evidence of leadership capabilities
• To be a quick learner - there will be tonnes of training 
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Degree subjects are open, those with strong performances in the sciences at degree or A -level (or equivalent) are particularly welcomed
