It will be your role to investigate and analyse financial information to resolve issues, sometimes working on high profile cases between corporate organisations. You will go straight to work within a specialist team whilst studying for your ACA qualification, all of which is funded by the company with study leave. Working for an international company, you can expect a clear career path, the opportunity to travel worldwide and a salary within the top quartile of those paid by large Accountancy practices.
Please note that this position will start September 2016 and the recruitment process will run from now until June. Interviews will not clash with exam periods ect. We will discuss the dates for the process on application.
Essential Skills:
You will need to have an analytical mind with the ability to look at detail, without missing or losing the big picture. The role will involve a high amount of team work. Your excellent communication skills will be used both in the office environment and when you travel for investigations and work related projects, dealing with both internal and external clients. A degree related to Accountancy is NOT required but you will need to have intellectual curiosity and strong numerical skills.
Additional requirements:
- Ideally a 2:1 degree and 320 UCAS points (300 if your application is strong in other areas), or international equivalent
- Ability to spot the unusual and tenacity to discover the cause
- Fluency in a European Language
- Confidence to handle challenging situations and develop relationships with colleagues and clients
- Have demonstrable extra-curricular interests and have held positions of responsibility
- Be a high achiever across both your education and extra-curricular activities
