This is a three-year rotational scheme designed to give you various experiences across different Finance departments including Tax, Accounting & Planning.

• Support - You will have a line manager and a mentor from different departments in the business giving you various perspectives on your career development
• Qualifications - As part of this programme you will be enrolled on the ACA Qualification
• Training - You will be provided an internal mentor and will be trained through a dedicated learning provider who train using a mixture of classroom & on the job sessions
• Rotational - A chance to be exposed to various functions across the business

Requirements:

• 2:1 or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Maths or a relevant subject 
• Great communication skills
• Demonstrable leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
