This company are market leaders within the aviation industry. They provide a DaaS platform that gives aviation experts insights on all aspects of aviation finance to support business and technology challenges. 

They are a long-standing company who have been growing by 17% year on year and the growth is only set to continue. 

Customer Success Manager

This is a pivotal role in building long term relationships with clients, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes and get maximum value out of the products

• Working with existing client relationships you will be required to build and maintain the relationship
• Assist with any customer issues
• Understand their objectives, challenges and pain points to effectively articulate the value of proposition of the products
• Upsell and expansion within existing account to grow accounts
• Working towards targets, ensuring you are hitting and exceeding the targets

Salary- £25K-£30K OTE £45K

Hybrid working- You will be required in the office 2 days a week and WFH 3 days a week

Requirements

• Someone who loves building relationships 
• Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Aviation / financial industry knowledge is a plus
• Self-driven, results orientated individual
