Graduate C++ GUI Software Developer

The Company

This engineering software company provides specialist computational fluid dynamics software to assist their clients in the design of electronics and data centres.

The Role

They are seeking a graduate GUI software developer with experience coding in C++ and GUI programming with Qt, OpenGL or similar platforms, to train with the team to become a GUI software developer.

You will build software which replicates equipment in data centres, to eventually create entire data centres in digital form. This helps clients to model and create simulations of their data centres, so they can ensure they are maximising efficiency whilst saving energy and costs.

If you have experience coding with C++, plus graphical user interface skills and you're keen to begin a challenging career as a graduate software developer, working on complex technical problems at the cutting edge of technology, then this is the ideal position for you.

You Will Need

• 2.1 equivalent or above in engineering, physics, maths or computer science
• Experience coding with C++
• Knowledge of GUI programming with Qt, OpenGL or similar
• To be happy working in the London office. There may be flexibility to work from home moving forwards, but you will be office-based initially
• A strong mathematical mindset
