Area Sales Representative
You will be managing a territory of 150-200 customers worth around £2m in annual sales. Your mission is to protect revenues in existing clients, look for opportunities to increase sales and look for new clients:
- Selling to independent retailers, building and flooring contractors and fitters
- Account management; maintaining relationships, introducing new product ranges, spotting opportunities to create more sales
- New business; replacing business that naturally falls off and looking to prospect to find new clients. This could be cold-calling, flyering, social media or any other ideas that you want to utilise
- You will benefit from plenty of product training and sales shadowing, but be encouraged to go out and make things happen
- Whilst it is a very autonomous role, there is plenty of support and regular get togethers for team building and collaborating
Package
- Base salary starts at £25K-30K depending on experience. Will be at least £30K at 3-6 month probation
- Realistic bonus potential of £12K per year (could be more), paid out on a monthly basis
- Company car; Volvo or Skoda Superb
Profile
- Full UK driving license
- Confident and independent
