Graduate Analyst Programmers - Summer 2019 roles

An established supplier of software, specialising in traffic management systems. They offer a full software development and consulting service to their clients.

Multiple roles available with flexible start dates between May 2019 and November 2019.

If successful, you will be working as a Graduate Analyst Programmer and have the chance to work across all areas of the software development life cycle including software development, software implementation and software consultancy. Initially you will be working on live coding projects but as your skills, confidence and abilities grow, so will your responsibility.

You will have the chance not only to write code but to work directly with clients in the UK and Europe, so you should have a flexible approach when it comes to working away from home occasionally.

If successful you will be working in a friendly environment for a firm who will regularly review your performance and career development.

Requirements

You will need to have achieved, or be expecting to receive, at least a 2:1 level degree or equivalent in one of the following subjects:

• Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.
• Maths.
• Physics.

Candidates will have ideally studied traditional subjects at college level, having achieved A or B equivalent grades in numerate or technical subjects, and have a good appreciation of OO programming, ideally having used Java.
