The role:
As an Admin Assistant, you'll play a vital support role in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Acting as an extension of the consultant team, you'll be responsible for scheduling and coordinating interviews, which means engaging with both clients and candidates regularly. Clear, professional communication and a proactive approach are essential, as you'll often be managing conflicting priorities and solving problems on the fly.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating interviews and meetings between clients and candidates
Writing and sending professional communications (e.g. interview invites, confirmations)
Managing consultants’ diaries and keeping processes running smoothly
Acting as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
Supporting consultants with admin tasks and market intelligence gathering
Anticipating challenges and resolving scheduling conflicts as they arise
Pushing back on unrealistic demands with confidence and professionalism
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re organised, switched-on, and confident managing your own workload. No two days are the same, so adaptability and good prioritisation skills are a must.
You'll also need:
