Working in the fast-paced sales team, you will be playing a key, hands-on commercial role. Working with a range of clients, you will be instrumental in ensuring new and existing customers are supported through the sales process, as well as supporting account managers with business intelligence.
Reporting to the head of sales, you'll quickly learn about complex products through thorough induction training and ongoing support, enabling you to fast-track your career into account management with the company.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Handling a range of inbound enquiries from new and existing clients (over video, phone and email)
- Demonstrating specialist products and giving general tech advice
- Handling quotations, processing and managing orders
- Directly supporting the account managers by supplying sales leads and lead generation
- Stakeholder management
