Role - Bilingual Recruitment Consultant

Operating in their specialist European recruitment team out of their head office in Buckinghamshire. You will:

• Manage your own clients
• Identifying and interviewing excellent and suitable target candidates
• Attend exhibitions and industry events
• Undertake phone-based prospecting to establish new relationships and maintain existing ones
• Regularly meet clients to pitch recruitment services
• Benefit from first-rate training with a budget for external training courses, a 6-month personal development plan, external leadership courses and possible enrolment on Masters courses in the longer term

• Circa £30K base salary
