Graduate Junior Management Programme

We are looking for our next rising star in Operational Management to join us on a full-time basis at our Manufacturing site in Merton, SW London.

You will have the opportunity to gain a solid understanding of how our business operates and develop your people management and operational skills, under the coaching and guidance of the experienced on-site team. You will begin working in a hands on people-management role as a Team Leader. As you progress you will begin to take on more responsibility, contributing to projects which focus on improving the efficiency of our operations. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to kickstart their career in a global market-leading organisation, with excellent opportunities for development and progression.

Please note that the role requires you to work Mon-Fri 1.30pm-11pm and will start in June 2021. Please only apply if you are able to meet this requirement.

The ideal candidate for us is someone who;

• Has a logical mind
• Enjoys learning in detail how things work and is able to analyse that information to identify ways for improvement.  
• An interest in pursuing a career in operational management.
• Preferred degree subjects include, Engineering, STEM, or Operations Management.  Economics or business focussed degrees are also considered providing you meet the other listed criteria.
• Able to work the required shifts as per the advert
