Role
The role that we are looking to recruit for sits within their financial division. You will be building relationships with financial services, large banks and asset management firms. Your key responsibilities would be:
- Building and develop new business relationships that will in-turn develop into long term accounts
- Develop advanced prospecting and planning skills
- Generate and qualify leads over the phone (e.g. cold calling, prospecting, schedule sales calls, and demonstrations) and by electronic digital communication (e.g. video calling, email)
- Determine customer’s requirements
- Close the deal- complete the full sales cycle
- International and domestic travel will be a part of this job- you will go our and visit new and existing clients
Requirements
- Desire to secure a role in sales
- Interest or keen to learn about the financial industry
- Any experience in a phone based role is preferable (this can be sales, customer service, recruitment or something similar)
- Evidence of being a high achiever- can be shown through sports, academics or work related success
