The Role
Your role will be in the IT Speciality Service Desk, where you will be responsible for handling the initial client contact via telephone, email, chat or portal and providing technical/application support to BMS employees and their partners.
The Team
The IT Service Desk provides support in 5 languages for EMEA. We primarily provide specialist support for applications utilised by our Field, Commercial and R&D departments.
What will I learn?
- You will learn how to identify and diagnose issues and provide solutions.
- You will be trained on IT Commercial and Life Sciences applications.
- You will also learn about accountability, urgency and innovation.
What skills do I need?
- Fluent in German.
- Multi-taking, troubleshooting and customer service experience.
- Experience with MS Windows and MS Office Suite, ITIL Framework and ITSM is preferential, but not essential.
