ARC Aesthetic Professionals is a specialist recruitment consultancy based in the heart of vibrant Brighton. We are the market leaders in a niche area of recruitment, specialising in the aesthetics and cosmetic surgery industry, working with the UK's most well-respected and high-profile clinics, medical device companies, and pharmaceutical brands.

We're a small team running a thriving business, and due to our recent success, we're expanding our team. We need new team members to help us find business leads and source the best candidates for our clients.

Who we're looking for:

- An engaging communicator, as you will deal with candidates and clients by phone and email, and you will work closely with the rest of the ARC team
- A perceptive researcher, as you will help find suitable candidates and client leads from various sources
- A detail-oriented administrator, as you will help to manage our database and capture key business information
- A determined problem-solver, as you will fill vacancies and solve business issues for our clients

We need a bright spark who loves research, takes pride in their accuracy and organisation, and is a natural at dealing politely and efficiently with telephone and email enquiries. You don't need to have recruitment experience as we will provide comprehensive training, but you will need to be a great communicator, with enthusiasm for learning a new role, and the drive to make your new role a success. We'll help you to develop your role, and you will have the chance to progress and become a 360 recruitment consultant.
