The Role
As a senior analyst, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across different teams, building strong relationships and understanding not just what they’re asking, but why. By digging into the detail and thinking beyond the brief, you’ll ensure your insight has real-world impact.
From creating clear, engaging reports to influencing commercial thinking at all levels, you’ll play a key role in shaping strategy and improving performance. This is more than just a data role—it’s about turning insight into action.
Requirements
- Some experience using SQL — or a strong willingness to learn it quickly (training and support provided)
- A solid foundation in numeracy, demonstrated through one of the following:
- A degree in a STEM subject
- Hands-on experience in a data or analytics-focused role
- A proven ability to turn data into commercial insight — and communicate that insight in a way that influences decision-making
- A good instinct for asking the right questions and getting to the heart of a problem
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar
Desirable
- Experience in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce, particularly involving seasonality and events
