The Role:
Due to the sensitive nature of the work, you'll have to be fully eligible for SC clearance and have UK citizenship only to be considered.
To maintain consistent company growth, this organisation are diversifying the seniority of their Wireless Products Team with a Lead Electronics Engineer. As a technical lead, you'll watch your concepts come to life through the end-to-end engineering process, designing, building, and supporting high-performance electronic systems for your customers. Core work sits in software-defined radios from their physical design and build, to the applications that run on them.
From electronics design, digital signal processing, RF technology, and mathematical modelling, you'll drive operational excellence across the board.
This involves producing high-quality FPGA designs, demonstrating your understanding of FPGA and SoC Architectures, and utilising your expertise in either Digital PCBs or RF PCBs.

What You Need:
- Eligibility for SC Clearance (UK Citizenship).
- Outstanding academics, with a 2:1 or above in a STEM degree.
- 6+ years of experience with DSP and embedded systems.
- Expertise in producing high-quality FPGA designs & SoC Architectures.
- Experience working with Digital PCBs and/or RF PCBs.
- Examples of management experience.
- Ability to work fully in-office in Bristol.
