A marketing agency utilising advanced analytical techniques to enable their clients to have a clear understanding of their marketing cycles. Performing in depth analytics - largely using Econometric methods - they offer clients advice on customer behaviours, how online and offline marketing channels interact. You will be playing a pivotal role on projects working with clients from a variety of industries like Non-Profits, eCommerce, Fashion and others. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong econometrics experience to take the step up to leading teams and managing projects. You will work to understand client needs and requirements, manage and guide other analysts, mentoring some of the more junior members of the team, and leading the analysis of client data.
You will mostly be using Econometrics analysis, as well as some cutting edge technology such as Machine Learning, Attribution Modelling, and Regression Analysis.There is extensive training on offer in order to maintain their own high standards.
We're Looking For
- Strong analytical skills with 2+ years experience with Econometrics.
- Minimum 2.1 degree (or equivalent) in a STEM subject.
- A good communicator who is comfortable working with stakeholders.
- Some knowledge or experience with statistical packages such as R, Python, SAS (or SQL).
