Graduate recruits at Deloitte who score highly in psychometric tests also perform well in their professional exams, the firm has found.

After adding online verbal and numerical reasoning tests to its recruitment process in spring 2004, Deloitte examined a small group of graduate candidates and found a correlation between scores in the tests and their performance in job-specific exams. Read more...
