Citi Private Bank Junior Talent ProgrammeThe programme commences in July with an intensive training course. Our programme is interactive, ensuring that you play a full part in the learning process and get the most out of the experience through relevant, stimulating and effective training. Initial training will take place with Analysts from other parts of the bank, to help develop relationships across functions and businesses.
Analysts will participate in three, 6-month rotations across key Private Bank business areas, including Investment Product Groups, Markets -BankerMarketing Support and Investment Finance. This breadth of experience is designed to prepare analysts to move into Associate Banker and Intermediate Product Specialist roles.
Who We're Looking For
Citi looks for the following key qualities in all analysts:
- A strong desire to develop a sound understanding of the industryenvironment
- High levels of self-motivation and initiative
- A commitment to integrity and ethical decision making
In addition, we would specifically look for the following:
- Advanced degree required (i.e. Master of Finance, Master, MBA, PHD considered)
- Work experience preferred
- CFA qualification preferred, but we will provide CFA Level I qualification to those without
- In a global environment, language skills are also an advantage.
- Solid quantitative ability
- Natural communicators with superior relationship building skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Creative and innovative problem solving
- Strong team players
