GRB Launches TRANSITIONS Graduate Survey

RecruitmentGraduate Jobs

This week saw the launch of TRANSITIONS - an annual survey on graduates moving into the world of employment. Hosted at GRB's London office to members of the exclusive LinkedIn Forum GRADUATE RECRUITERS NETWORK, recruiters such as Thales, UBS, Barclays and more enjoyed a breakfast and lively debate.

Presented by GRB Non-Executive Director, Carl Gilleard OBE, the first half provided a quarterly commentary on current issues in graduate recruitment. Many interesting facts and figures were presented which were followed by a debate. The second half presented the findings from TRANSITIONS revealing insights into how graduates made the transition from graduate to employee. Feedback was great from all attendees; "The interaction with those in similar positions is of real value and can only be provided at such forums thus making them unique."

"I thought the session was really useful and really good to have people from different industries."

"Really enjoyed this morning, I think you hit just the right balance of information and informality." Post event discussion is now open on the LinkedIn forum GRADUATE RECRUITERS NETWORK. This is a members only forum for graduate recruiters so please join and get involved. The next exclusive event is scheduled for June.
