Bluefin Solutions Announces New Graduate Intake for 2013

Graduate Jobs

This year's search for the United Kingdom's brightest graduates is over with Bluefin Solutions, a leading global management consultancy, announcing the company's 2013 intake for its industry-recognised annual Graduate Programme.

The Bluefin Graduate Programme accelerates new graduates into key, client facing roles, within just three to six months. This is made possible by Bluefin Solutions’ unique approach to training which incorporates an intensive, three-month boot camp that includes the design and agile development of cutting edge technologies, coupled with client servicing skills and experience, and business acumen.

"Bluefin Solutions’ graduates have an extremely important role in our organisation, delivering strategic value to our clients within months of starting," said Chief Executive, Bluefin Solutions. "The company has always invested in its people and the graduate programme is central to our efforts to train and develop future leaders." Bluefin Solutions conducted a comprehensive search and interview process of more than 1,000 students to find eight graduates that will start in September. The new graduates are Joe Blower, Thomas Bruce, Pavithra Ganesan, William Lama, James Mantel, John Murray, Hamish Walker and George Whitby.

"What makes our graduate program standout is the high level of trust and responsibility we place in our talent from early on," added Recruitment Manager, Bluefin Solutions. "The graduates are taught by our industry mentors and operational and technology experts, obtaining the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed as trusted advisors to some of the world’s largest organisations." Since launching its Graduate Programme in 2007, Bluefin Solutions has taken on and trained more than 40 graduates from British universities such as Oxford, Imperial, Durham, Warwick and Bristol. Previous graduates have already obtained senior-level positions within the company.

"Bluefin Solutions has developed a world-class graduate programme that opens up exciting professional opportunities for university students," stated Aleks Saddington-Poole, Senior Consultant, Graduate Recruitment Bureau . Bluefin Solutions is recognised for its client-first culture which is based on trust, collaboration and challenging established norms and best practices. The consultancy has won numerous workplace awards such as the "Best Place to Work for" by the Sunday Times five years running.
