What is Recruitment?
A successful Recruitment Consultant will build and develop a large network of relationships with both clients and candidates in order to become a specialist in your field. Your day is incredibly varied and will encompass skills in sales, marketing, advertising and PR. It is important to be creative and progressive when you develop and build your desk and constantly think of new ways to attract great candidates.

What will I earn?
A role in recruitment will never be 9-5 but that is why the financial rewards are so high. As a trainee you will receive excellent training from the ground upwards encompassing all elements of the role. Your basic salary will be between £17-18k upwards with commission paid on top.

The role is mainly telephone based, so you will be a confident and talented communicator with the ability to engage and influence people. In recruitment, more people tell you no than yes so resilience is crucial.

The company is particularly interested in candidates who have experience in telesales, medical sales or IT sales.
