How can your intern expect to spend their day?
In this internship you will join the Account Management Team responsible for delivering a fantastic experience to the company's existing clients and also developing strong relationships with new clients too.
Tasks interns can expect to learn about and undertake include:
- Develop a deep understanding of how the company's marketing analysis platform works and how it adds value to brands and agencies in better understanding all the data they encounter.
- Identify and develop a strong understanding of client's core objectives and challenges.
- Set up new and existing clients on the company platform, insuring the deliverable targets match that of the client's requirements.
- Using your knowledge of the platform and its benefits grow each clients' usage of the platform by illustrating how they can access even greater insight.
- Develop and maintain client relationships with allocated accounts supported by the team lead.
- Support clients on a day to day basis to help resolve system issues and answer client questions.
- Co-ordinate and manage client deliverables, producing client reports where required and identifying potential optimisation opportunity.
- Be the day-to-day point of contact for your client on allocated accounts.
- Be pro-active in presenting innovative and creative analyst relations plans and ideas for your clients.
- Identify relevant analysts for particular activities and manage the briefing process.

The ideal candidate for this position would be a recent graduate looking to kick start their career within the market analysis, digital advertising or tech industries. Desired skills, education and experience:
- Educated to degree level, science or maths based subjects are favoured but by no means a pre-requisite.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in order to effectively liaise with clients, agencies and internal teams.
- A highly organised individual able to manage their time and workload when working on multiple projects.
- A desire to work in the digital media, marketing or advertising industries.
- Any previous work experience in an account management position or within the digital sector would be a bonus.
- Knowledge of market analysis or digital advertising analytic tools such as Google Analytics would be a bonus.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel would be a bonus.
