The Travel Money Advisor is the driving force of the business, you will be dealing with your customers face to face, assisting them to buy and sell foreign exchange whilst complying with current financial regulation.
Your Role Responsibilities:
- Sales; building customer relationships, identifying business growth opportunities, buying and selling foreign exchange.
- Compliance; ensure full compliance with all business and legal regulatory requirements.
- Service; assisting customers to meet their needs in a face to face environment whilst building an excellent rapport.

Knowledge and Skills
- You must have a passion for listening and interacting with your customers
- Ideally have a retail, sales or customer service background (travel money experience is not essential)
- GCSE – maths grade C or above
- Numeracy skills (you will need to pass a numeracy test)
- Be confident to work in isolation with little to no team interaction
- Have drive, determination and resourcefulness to promote products
- Enjoy working to achieve and exceed your targets
- Be flexible, this role requires shift work which works on a rotation basis including weekends (there are various shifts: The earliest start time is 08:30
- Monday – Friday, latest finish time 20:00. Between 08:30 – 18:30 on Saturday, and between 10:00 – 16:30 on Sunday. Opening hours may be reduced in winter months)
- Work Hours per Week: 17.5
- Be able to work in different locations (travel expenses are paid)
- Be able to provide a checkable student/work history, plus clear credit and criminal record checks.
