The worldwide pioneer in the creation of interactive entertainment, Nintendo Co., Ltd., of Kyoto, Japan, manufactures and markets hardware and software for its Wii U and Wii home consoles, Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo DS family of portable systems. A wholly owned subsidiary, Nintendo of Europe, based in Grossostheim, Germany, was established in 1990 and serves as headquarters for Nintendo's operations in Europe.
For our European Marketing Advertising department in Frankfurt am Main (Germany) we are looking for an Intern in the area European Marketing
Tasks:
- Fully support European Marketing to create and execute planning for product launches across all media
- Create product overviews, which summarize the strategy and execution of corresponding product launches
- Create advertising briefs based on the approved marketing strategy
- Work with various creative agencies: briefing, supervision, re-briefing
- Support European Marketing in creating above-the-line advertising (PrintTV)
- Prepare marketing presentations
- Support European Marketing Team with administration, budget control and other daily business
Requirements:
- You have to be enrolled in relevant studies
- The minimal length of the internship should be 6 months
- Strong skills in written and spoken English as the business language in the team is English
- Knowledge of a second language (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch or Japanese) is a plus
- Genuine interest in video games and the video games market is a plus
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely, cooperatively, and effectively with different departments and with the team members
