Overview
Designer jewellery brand Missoma is looking for an Intern for a period of 3 months. Your main role will be assisting the General Manager / Creative Director in Sales, Website, Production, Post- Production, Press, Social media and Online Marketing.
Missoma is a small team set within a larger parent / group company. An internship with us will give you the opportunity to see all sides of running a fashion / jewellery business.
We are looking for someone hard-working, reliable, with good initiative and a great positive attitude who is happy to muck in and help out in all areas.
Description of Roles:
WEBSITE
o Uploading new Product info and helping to update stock levels
o Updating News and Events
SOCIAL MEDIA / ONLINE MARKETING
- Daily Management of Twitter / Instagram / Facebook accounts
- Research for Trending subjects
- Strategy for week to week
- Monitoring Social Media reach
- Assessing Online Marketing opportunities Collaborations / Emarketing / Competitions etc.
PRESS
Maintaining and updating current list of Press Contacts on database
Press Mail outs
Press Gifting
Sample Request Forms / Sample Send outs and follow up
Press Coverage monitoring and website upload
Press emails and updates
SALES
Sales Research - building up Contact Database for potential shops in key
markets
Competitor stockist research
Buyer Mail outs
POST PRODUCTION
o Quality Control and Processing orders
o Photo Summaries
GENERAL ADMIN
o General research packaging, printing, display etc.
o Photos selections for order summaries
