Merlin Group Picsolve London Eye Retail Assistant

We are Picsolve and we are the ride photography operator for the London Eye!

We are currently recruiting for Retail Assistants to come and work within our photography team.

You will be working in the centre of London meeting thousands of people every day. It is a fast-paced environment and you will be expected to deliver amazing customer service consistently. Capturing our guests for their unique photo opportunity on our award winning Green Screens is our priority, so you will need to be confident while interacting with guests and creating a fun experience for everyone. We are committed to ensure a high-level customer service, whilst taking photos and selling them. You will also be given daily targets to reach and exceed so that all KPIs are achieved.

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

- Energetic with a positive approach.

- Passionate about great customer service and creating a positive experience for our guests.

- An excellent communicator.

- Flexible in their approach with a strong initiative - remembering the guest must come before any operational duties.

- Able to maintain the highest visual standards at the units, and take pride in personal appearance.

- Able to adapt their role from salesperson to photographer according to the needs of the business.

- Dedicated in following the correct administrative procedures, alongside business policies and procedures.

- Able to comply with site health and safety guidelines and report any concerns to management.
